hallo again. quickie update, although i don't think anyone reads this...

anyway so, i did manage to get a few of my favorite fashion illustrations up, i'll go back through later and photograph more. plus once i get my portfolio back from school i'll post up my portfolio pieces, although the photography/dresses are already on here. i'm also gonna work on trying to take pictures of some of my old clothes/accessories too sometime like i said before.

also working on A LOT of new projects, probably too many but whatever. better to be overwhelmed than underwhelmed. new projects:


T-Shirt Quilt yeah. kind of self-explanatory, i'm making it for my dorm at school, hopefully. i'll have the coolest comforter in the whole damn place, yeah.

Corsets working on 2, maybe 3, overbust corsets right now, one black taffeta one with a zip in the front (although i have to buy a new zip now cause i accidentally melted it....) and one without a zip in the front using this awesome two-tone taffeta that's like a french grey and a sky blue all in one. The two tone one is all cut out and ready to go, still gotta cut the black taffeta one out. The third one might be a faux leather underbust one, but working with leather (especially cheap leather) scares me.

Purple Microsuede doublebreasted coat this has been in the planning stage for like... EVER. till finally i've got a bit more free time, so i decided to get busy on it. It's gonna be amazing yeah, giant metal buttons, zipper piping, yeeees. ALSO TURQUOISE LINING YAY.

pillows and curtains for a friend workin on some quickie pillows for my aunt's friend, and also some curtains and tiebacks for my aunt's friend's daughter as well.

purchases!! kay so also i've gotten quite a few nice late merry-christmas-to-myself presents. I bought myself a much needed new camera, a Fuji S1500. it's amazing. much better than that ancient Sony i had before. ALSO today i bought myself some nice new Gingher shears. oooh they're so much nicer than my really old crappy Fiskars.
